Post-Delivery Defects (7–10 Days): If you discover a manufacturing defect or significant structural issue within 7 to 10 days of the delivery date, you are eligible to initiate a return claim.

3. Refund Processing
Once the returned item reaches our facility, our quality control team will conduct a brief inspection to verify the reported issue. Upon confirmation:
