You are eligible for a return or exchange if your item falls under any of the following categories:

• Damaged in Transit: The product arrived broken or shattered.

• Defective: The item has a manufacturing or structural defect.

• Incorrect Item: You received a different stone, size, or product than what you ordered.

Because we sell genuine, Earth-mined gemstones and authentic Rudraksha, no two pieces are ever exactly alike.

• Gemstones & Crystals: Natural inclusions, internal fractures, uneven textures, and slight variations in color or size are the ultimate proof of their authenticity.

• Rudraksha: Variations in the shape, mukhi (faces), and natural grooves are completely normal.

• Please note: These beautiful natural variations and earthly birthmarks are NOT considered defects and are not eligible for return or exchange under the “defective” category.

4. Resolution: Once our team reviews and approves your request, we will guide you on how to return the item. We will gladly send a replacement (subject to stock availability) or issue a refund as per your preference.

Conditions for Non-Returnable Items 🚫

• Items that have been worn, cleansed with water/salt, or physically altered by the customer.
