• Gemstones & Crystals: Natural inclusions, internal fractures, uneven textures, and slight variations in color or size are the ultimate proof of their authenticity.

• Rudraksha: Variations in the shape, mukhi (faces), and natural grooves are completely normal.

• Please note: These beautiful natural variations and earthly birthmarks are NOT considered defects and are not eligible for return or exchange under the “defective” category.
