Energized/Customized Items: If you have requested a specific Pooja or “Energization” for your item, please allow 3-5 business days for dispatch.

Jewelry Mounting: Items requiring silver/gold mounting or custom rings take 7-10 business days to be crafted and shipped.

Once dispatched, the estimated delivery time is:

Q: How do I know the gemstones and Rudraksha are original? Every item at Manikyaa is personally inspected. All our gemstones and premium Rudraksha beads come with an Authenticity Certificate from a reputable, government-approved laboratory.
Q: Will the product look exactly like the photo? Because gemstones and crystals are natural products of the Earth, no two pieces are identical. While we ensure the quality, weight, and grade match your order, slight variations in color or internal “veins” (inclusions) are a sign of a 100% natural stone.
Orders & Payments
Q: Can I change my shipping address after placing an order? You can change your address within 12 hours of placing the order, provided it hasn’t been dispatched. Please WhatsApp our support team immediately for changes.
Q: Do you offer Cash on Delivery (COD)? Yes, COD is available for most pin codes in India for orders up to ₹10,000. For high-value gemstones, we recommend prepaid payments for faster processing.
Returns & Care
Q: What if I receive a broken crystal? Don’t worry! As per our Refund Policy, if your product is damaged during transit, notify us within 7-10 days with a photo/video, and we will initiate a “Hassle-Free” refund or replacement.
Q: How should I care for my Rudraksha/Crystals? We recommend cleaning them with a soft, damp cloth. Avoid harsh chemicals or perfumes. For Rudraksha, periodic oiling with a drop of sandalwood or olive oil keeps the bead healthy and prevents cracking.
